The Johnson Park Seventh-day Adventist church seeks wholeheartedly to follow the greatest command in Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) that says:
Verse 19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Verse 20: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Therefore, we continue to encourage all members to engage in the work of a ministry and for all visitors and members alike to seek out the services of each ministry. Each ministry is designed to help us:
Serve Others
But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
1 Samuel 12:24
Demonstrate Faith
He gave them these orders: “You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of the Lord.
2 Chronicles 19:9
Enhance biblical understanding
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
